MEET THE FOUNDER

Born in Venezuela in 1980 - Raised Colombian until 1999. Over the past 15 years, I have been involved in various entrepreneurial projects, even while developing my professional career.

Meyer Institute - Colombia 

From 2004 to 2010, I served as Academic Director at the Meyer Institute, where I was responsible for opening new brands, networking, and developing educational programs. This included creating learning programs and training teachers for clients like Ecopetrol, the Colombian oil company. I collaborated closely with the owners in managing various operations, including personnel hiring. Additionally, I directed executive training programs, working directly with executives at their offices on confidential projects involving brand development and other strategic initiatives.

Full Circle Electronics (formerly Belmont Technology Remarketing - LATAM ) 

From 2011 to 2019, I worked at Full Circle Electronics (formerly Belmont Technology Remarketing) as Business Development Manager for Latin America and the Southern United States. I focused on driving the company's growth for an eventual sale. A key achievement was with Leasing Bancolombia, where I designed and implemented a reporting process to track the impact of clean recycling, enabling them to meet the sustainability requirements of the New York Stock Exchange. 

I also managed a project to deploy 22,000 IT assets across 220 locations, collaborating with SENA (National Learning Service) and clients like Lenovo, Dell, and Apple. With Apple, we developed a mobile phone recycling/rental program in Colombia. Full Circle Electronics, a company that recycles electronic boards, provided me with invaluable experience in managing complex projects and collaborating with major international brands.

Transition to Europe and Google

In 2019, I moved to Europe and obtained Spanish residency. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2021, I spent time in Querétaro, Mexico, developing automation projects. From 2021 to 2022, I was in Naples, Florida, where I worked in the hotel industry and established my LLC, Best Advice Solutions, specializing in educational research for online language learning. 

While in Spain, from 2022 to 2024, I gained experience with a global BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) provider on a GoDaddy project and subsequently worked on a Google project, deepening my knowledge of Google platforms. I concluded my direct employment with Google in October 2024. 

Since October 2024, I have been leveraging my extensive Google Ads expertise through my project, eSense.world, where I specialize in Google Ads with Demand Gen, PMax & Search AI-Driven campaigns, Google Analytics, and Performance Marketing. My experience with Google Ads dates back to 2006, and I am focused on driving client success in this area.

In addition to my work, as a musician I am constantly exploring new opportunities. In 2025 I closed a deal with an event production company for a global BPO provider in Barcelona Spain , organising events at a beach restaurants and other venues during the summer season.

My background in linguistics (Bachelor's Experience in English Language and Literature) has provided me with a deep understanding of the logic of language, which I consider fundamental for the development and application of AI. I believe that the key to harnessing the power of AI in various fields, such as music, content creation, and education, lies in the ability to communicate and understand effectively. 

My goal is to empower people through AI-driven education, with a focus on metacognition - learning to learn and relearn quickly. I have developed learning strategies based on different learning styles, inspired by my research with Best Advice Solutions. "There is no one so blind as he who does not want to see." I firmly believe in the power of AI to transform education and want to help those who are willing to "awaken" and take advantage of these tools for their own growth.
